Shipping policy
Shipping carriers are forecasting longer than normal transit times which impacts our shipping information on a daily basis. At this time, Hot Shot Photography is only shipping to United States locations.
Currently we are offering finished size matted 8x10” and 11x14” prints for shipment with a processing time of 5 to 7 business days. Prints ordered from Hot Shot Photography are printed to order. We do not have a ready inventory specifically so we print exactly what the customer orders.
Orders 11x14” and smaller that fit in a flat mailer will be shipped for free through the USPS (US Postal Service).
Please note: Hot Shot Photography is unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. PO Box addresses will be shipped through the USPS. The shipping fee is ‘free’ for photographs 11x14” and smaller.
Shipping for larger orders will be calculated based on the specific requests of the customer.
If a special request is made for a print other than 8x10” or 11 x 14”, please contact us at our email address: hotshotphotos32@gmail.com with your information and we will not only address your inquiry, but also determine the costs and processing times necessary to accommodate the request.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each order a customer places is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship, and are committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
Shipping Damage: We do our utmost to ensure that the prints ordered are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If the print items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us (hotshotphotos32@gmail.com) with the order number for further instructions. Please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging. We will do whatever we can to get a replacement out the door as soon as possible.

Customers will be notified that their package has been received and will be processed for refund or reprint.
Reprints: We do our best to produce a product that satisfies every request. If a customer is not satisfied with the processing of the order, please contact us with the order number and as much information about how we can address the issue. We will be happy to work with every customer on a resolution.
Order Changes and Cancellations: At this time, we are unable to make order changes and cancellations once the order has been placed through the website.
